I have forgotten my password

For both the manager and member (web user) accounts there is an automated password reset system. The administrator cannot tell you the password as passwords are encoded (even from the administrator!).

There is a forgot your password link next to each login. Click this link and follow the online instructions.

If you are unable to complete the reset instructions the site administrator can reset your pawword for you. Please contact your website administrator.
